For service businesses, online booking forms often create more chaos than convenience. Appointments become a scattered list of emails or spreadsheet entries, making it nearly impossible to manage schedules across multiple employees, services, and locations.
The core challenge was to design a system that tames this chaos. I needed to create a platform that could centralize every appointment into one intelligent, organized space, eliminating the risk of double-bookings and administrative headaches for the business owner.

My strategic approach was to build the entire user experience around a single, unified calendar. This calendar view acts as the command center for the entire business's operations. It isn't just a list of appointments; it’s a structured, visual representation of the workday.
I designed it to be the single source of truth, giving managers a clear, high-level overview of all scheduled services at a glance, thereby providing immediate clarity and control over their daily workflow.
