Bennu offered powerful financial tools, but the existing app was cluttered and inconsistent. Users felt overwhelmed by the navigation, which eroded trust—a fatal flaw in the fintech space. The core challenge wasn't to give it a facelift, but to fundamentally restructure the experience.
I needed to bring clarity and order to a complex set of features, from multi-currency accounts to asset investments. My mission was to transform a confusing tool into an intuitive, reliable platform where every action felt secure and straightforward from the start.

I mapped out the existing flows and ruthlessly cut unnecessary steps and decision points. For example, I redesigned the international transfer process into a clear, three-step sequence that provides strong confirmation at each stage. By creating a logical information architecture and clear pathways, I turned a maze of options into an intentional experience. The user is now always aware of where they are and what to do next, which is fundamental for building trust.

Crucially, I designed moments of positive reinforcement, like the full-screen checkmark on a successful transfer, to build user confidence and create a deep sense of trust.
